USCIS Receipt Numbers: Receipt numbers are considered Personally Identifiable Information as they can be used to identify specific immigration cases and applicants.
Important: Algokruti LLC does NOT collect, store, or retain receipt numbers. Receipt numbers you enter in the Application are:
- Stored ONLY on your local device
- Never transmitted to Algokruti LLC servers
- Never stored in any database controlled by Algokruti LLC
- Sent ONLY directly to the official USCIS API
Other information Algokruti LLC may collect includes:
- Optional case nicknames you provide (stored locally on your device only)
- Device information (operating system, Application version) for analytics and debugging
- Usage data (features used, crash reports) to improve the Application
None of this information includes or is linked to your receipt numbers.
3. How Receipt Numbers Are Used
Receipt Number Usage:
- Case Status Queries: The Application uses receipt numbers exclusively to query the official USCIS Case Status API to retrieve and display the current status of your immigration cases.
- API Authentication: Receipt numbers are transmitted securely to USCIS servers using encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Local Storage: Receipt numbers are stored locally on your device only. Algokruti LLC does not store receipt numbers on any servers.
- No Third-Party Sharing: Receipt numbers are never shared with third parties. They are only sent to the official USCIS API for status updates.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage Only: All case information, including receipt numbers, is stored exclusively on your device. Algokruti LLC has no servers that store or access your receipt numbers.
- No Cloud Storage: Algokruti LLC does not store your data on any servers, in the cloud, or in any database we control.
- No Data Collection: Your receipt numbers never pass through Algokruti LLC systems. They go directly from your device to the USCIS API.
- Encryption: All API communications with USCIS are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
- No Authentication Required: Algokruti LLC does not require account creation, login, email, or any personal information beyond the case receipt numbers you choose to track in the Application.
- Complete Privacy: Algokruti LLC cannot see, access, or retrieve your receipt numbers because we never receive them.

To be absolutely clear for USCIS compliance:
- ❌ Algokruti LLC does NOT collect receipt numbers on any server
- ❌ Algokruti LLC does NOT store receipt numbers in any database
- ❌ Algokruti LLC does NOT have access to your receipt numbers
- ❌ Algokruti LLC does NOT track which receipt numbers are queried
- ❌ Algokruti LLC does NOT maintain logs of receipt numbers
- ❌ Algokruti LLC does NOT create user accounts that link to receipt numbers
- ❌ Algokruti LLC does NOT require email addresses or phone numbers
Receipt numbers remain private to you and are only visible to USCIS when you query their API through the Application.
5. Data Sharing
Algokruti LLC does not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties, except:
- USCIS API: The Application sends receipt numbers to the official USCIS Case Status API to retrieve case status information.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government request.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Delete Data: You can delete any case and its associated receipt number from the Application at any time.
- Data Control: Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your information.
- Uninstall: Uninstalling the Application permanently deletes all stored data from your device.
7. Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13. Algokruti LLC does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Third-Party Services
The Application connects to:
- USCIS Case Status API: Official U.S. government service for case status information
- External Links: The Application may contain links to USCIS.gov and other official government websites
