• Legal Use: You may only track cases for which you have legal authorization to access information.

• Not Official USCIS Application: The USCIS Cases Tracker Application is an independent third-party application developed by Algokruti LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to USCIS or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
• Data Accuracy: Algokruti LLC relies on data provided by the USCIS API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of case status information displayed in the Application.
• No Legal Advice: The Application does not provide legal advice. Consult an immigration attorney for legal guidance regarding your immigration case.
• Service Availability: Algokruti LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The USCIS API may be unavailable at times, which may affect the Application's functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

The USCIS Cases Tracker Application, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Algokruti LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The USCIS logo and related trademarks are property of the U.S. government.

6. Privacy
